I've spent over 18 years in senior Food & Beverage leadership across some of the most recognized luxury and lifestyle hotel brands in the world — including 14 new hotel openings and years at the corporate level partnering with ownership groups, culinary leaders, and designers. I've been based in Miami since 2012, and the operator knowledge and industry relationships I've built come from running the programs myself, not advising from the outside.

That's what sets Bar & Board apart. I'm not a consultant offering theory — I'm a Beverage Director who's lived the role, managed the vendors, built the menus, and sat in the ownership meetings. My fractional model gives luxury properties access to that same caliber of leadership and spirit brand relationships without the cost of a full-time hire.

I'm also a commercial photographer specializing in luxury hospitality and lifestyle imagery. My editorial eye allows me to not only build and manage beverage programs, but visually tell the story behind them — a rare combination of operator, relationship builder, and visual storyteller.
